​ As a countermeasure against new coronavirus infections, we will inform you about the hygiene management of the salon again so that customers do not have to worry about the treatment of EDGE NAILS.

○ We are strengthening ventilation in the salon.

○ It is a complete reservation system and will be performed one by one.

○ We will disinfect the equipment used and the equipment and facilities that the customer has come into contact with for each customer.

○ Nail technicians will wear masks and goggles for treatment.

○ Nail technicians measure the temperature before going to work and thoroughly manage their physical condition.

○ Before the procedure, both the nail technician and the customer will wash their hands and disinfect their hands.

○ We will thoroughly disinfect and hygiene in accordance with the Nail Salon Hygiene Management Guidelines and the New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Control Guidelines at Nail Salons. (Detailed content can be found on the Japan Nail Technician Association website)

 

Request to customers

To prevent droplet infection, please wear a mask during the procedure.

If you are not feeling well before coming to the store, you can change or cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before your reservation for free. Please contact us by phone.

(Seat charge ¥ 5500 (tax included) will be charged if you change or cancel your reservation after 1 hour.)

Especially for customers with the following symptoms , please make a reservation again after your physical condition recovers to prevent infection.

* Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.
* Those who have strong fatigue (fatigue) or suffocation.
* Those who have traveled to countries / regions where the government has announced that entry restrictions and observation periods after entry are required within the past 14 days, as well as those who have close contact with this traveler.
* Those who have visited the cluster where the new coronavirus infected person has occurred within the past 14 days, and those who have close contact with the person.
* People who are suspected of being infected by a family member living together or a close acquaintance.
* Those who have other symptoms of possible infection with the new coronavirus.
 

We will disinfect the inside of the store for each customer. Please come to the store at the reserved time.

If the manicurist determines that the condition is severe coughing or extremely unwell during the procedure
In some cases, we may be forced to cancel the treatment or shorten the treatment time.
